UX analysis for the fintech mobile application mallmay (now Skip Pay) offers deferred payments, split purchases into thirds, and revolving credit. The app now operates under the umbrella of the leading Czech bank ČSOB and has financed over three billion CZK in purchases.
My role
My task was to identify any potential usability issues within the app from a user experience perspective and to propose possible solutions to address these problems. My analysis covered the entire user lifecycle, from the initial onboarding process, through the structure of pricing tiers, to the daily use of the app during purchases. The goal was to ensure that the app provided a seamless and intuitive experience for users at every stage, making it easy to navigate, understand the financial options available, and integrate into their daily shopping habits.
